Bowen Therapy is a powerful and yet gentle soft tissue technique that is incredibly effective in alleviating pain and tension, and restoring balance within body and mind. Jayne has been practicing Bowen for many years and is highly skilled and experienced in this field. She also offers MSTR, a scar tissue release technique that is specifically used on scars including surgical, wound or burns.
