What is Systematic Kinesiology?
The key tool for a Systematic Kinesiologist is the muscle test. A Systematic Kinesiologist monitor a client’s ability to hold a muscle against light pressure. A Systematic Kinesiologist looks for changes in the muscle strength. Each muscle is related to an energy pathway called a meridian. Each meridian is associated with an organ.
If there are chemical, emotional, structural or energetic stresses effecting the circuit, the muscle tested will feel weak or spongy.
Each time a relevant factor is introduced the muscle responses changes – like a switch. Imagine a strong muscle as being “ON.”
If a problem food; a past or present emotion or trauma; a past or present injury or pain, or any other energetic stress is within the electromagnetic field of your body & it causes a strong muscle to go weak (or turn off) then it indicates that this is the relevant factor causing an energy imbalance.
Through testing muscles, a kinesiologist gathers information and corrects imbalances.
Suggested remedies may include lifestyle changes, nutritional supplementation, working with emotional related stresses and non manipulative structural corrections.
Muscle testing is fast, very responsive and non intrusive. The effects and benefits are remarkable.
Systematic Kinesiology helps a with range of issues but some specialist wellness programmes include, Digestive Health Reset, Stress Management, Emotional Stress Relief, Pain and Performance, Chakra Realignment, Allergies and Food Sensitivities and many more.
