Treatment & Prices:

Our sessions would start with a free 20-minute telephone conversation where we can have a chat about what’s going on for you and what you would like to work on once decided whether you feel comfortable working with me. I currently work at The Wellness Hub on Friday’s and I can offer online sessions over zoom, or walk and talk sessions. My charge is £50 for 50 minutes.

I offer a compassionate space that enables me to work alongside you to explore new ways of understanding yourself better. I am an integrative counsellor, which means I can offer a wide range of techniques to promote your wellbeing.

Counselling is a talking therapy which enables us to explore your distress together.

Looking for a counsellor can be daunting, but I offer a warm, non-judgemental and safe environment in which we can work together to explore what’s going on for you. I use an integrated approach to counselling which allows me to tailor the work to meet your needs.

I have experience working with young people and adults in both face-to-face and online settings, and am also a trained supervisor at level 6, meaning I have a good understanding of how to support you and your needs when it comes to supervision.

I am an accredited BACP member and follow their good practice guidelines and policies. I hold the same values in my counselling practice, ensuring I provide a safe environment that focuses on creating a relationship which allows you to grow and reflect in your practice to explore the work.

I’ve expanded my therapeutic offerings to include eye movement Desensitization and Responding EMDR.
This innovative therapy combined with traditional counselling techniques allows me to provide a comprehensive and effective approach to mental health.
What is E M D R
EMDR is a therapeutic approach proven to be effective in treating trauma, anxiety and other mental health conditions. It involves a Pacific eight phase treatment protocol that helps clients process and refrain distressing memories and experiences.
How can integrative counselling and EMD help you?
By combining EMDR  with traditional cancelling techniques, I can provide tailored preachment plans to address unique needs. This integrative approach can help you
  • Process traumatic experiences
  • Reduce anxiety and stress
  • improve. emotional regulation
  • enhance self-esteem and self-confidence.
  • Develop healthier coping mechanisms.
